Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services offered to UK-based players under the profile "Merlin Casino" via the website https://merlincas.com ("Website"). Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Gameplay and Bet Acceptance

Errors, Disconnections and Technical Issues

  • One Bonus per player: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each Bonus or promotion is limited to one per person, household, IP address, device, payment method and shared computing environment.

Wagering Requirements and Timeframes

Refunds, Chargebacks and Bonus Adjustments

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Court jurisdiction: Subject to the above and any mandatory local rights, any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be brought before the competent courts of Curaçao, which shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
